The State Examination Center (SEC) of Azerbaijan has officially announced the results of the admission process for vacant spots in higher education institutions and for secondary specialized education institutions based on full (11-year) secondary education.
This information was provided to the Operative Information Center-OMM by the SEC.
Applicants, including sub-bachelors, can check their admission status via the SEC's official website. Alternatively, they can receive results by sending their "job number" or the "7-digit code" from their electronic application to the short number 7727 via mobile operators (Azercell, Bakcell, Nar).
A total of 18,086 individuals participated in the selection process for vacant university spots and secondary specialized education institutions. The results indicate that 390 people (including 167 sub-bachelors) were admitted to the 1,760 vacant spots in higher education institutions, while 16,244 students were admitted to secondary specialized education institutions.
Regarding secondary specialized education, 87.92% of the available plan capacity has been filled, leaving 2,231 spots (12.08%) vacant.

The lists of successful candidates will be published in the 8th and 9th issues of the "Abituriyent" journal in electronic (PDF) format on September 4.
Registration for admitted students is conducted exclusively through the my.gov.az portal. The Ministry of Science and Education has integrated this service into the "mygov" platform. Registration for higher education institutions will be open from September 8 at 11:00 AM to September 15 at 6:00 PM, while registration for secondary specialized education institutions will run from September 9 at 3:00 PM to September 17 at 6:00 PM.
Applicants must log in to their personal cabinets on the my.gov.az portal using their mygov ID. From there, they should navigate to the "Services" section, select "Institutions," choose the Ministry of Science and Education, and access the "Registration of students for higher and secondary specialized education institutions" service.
Failure to register within the designated timeframe will be considered a refusal of the placement, and the admission order will not be forwarded to the respective educational institution. Information regarding the selection of remaining vacant spots for secondary specialized education will be announced after the current registration process concludes.
