All of Azerbaijan's achievements are the direct result of the political course established by the National Leader, Heydar Aliyev.
According to Operative Information Center-OMM, this statement was made by Deputy Prime Minister Ali Ahmadov during today's extraordinary session of the Milli Majlis (National Assembly).
Ahmadov emphasized that without Heydar Aliyev's historic return to power, modern Azerbaijan would not exist in its current form. "All the successes we have attained are the outcome of the policy laid down by the National Leader. The people of Azerbaijan regard the ideology of salvation as one of the most significant events in the history of modern Azerbaijan," he stated.
Furthermore, the Deputy Prime Minister noted that the historic victory in Garabagh serves as a testament to the enduring legacy of Heydar Aliyev's statehood policy, which continues to guide the nation's development and sovereignty.
Heydar Aliyev, who led Azerbaijan both during the Soviet era and as the independent nation's president from 1993 to 2003, is widely credited with stabilizing the country during a period of severe political and economic crisis in the early 1990s. His "National Salvation" policy is considered the cornerstone of Azerbaijan's modern state-building, economic reforms, and the strengthening of its international standing.
