Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has praised the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, describing his activities as the foundation of Azerbaijan's rapid progress. Speaking at the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku, the Serbian leader expressed his gratitude for the hospitality and the high-level organization of the international event.

"Every time I come to Baku, I witness great changes and progress, achieved through the unity of the Azerbaijani people and President Ilham Aliyev for their country. Your perseverance, determination, and President Ilham Aliyev's commitment to his people are the guarantors of this incredible progress," Vucic stated. He further noted that Azerbaijan's hosting of the forum at the summit level allows for the full potential of the World Urban Forum to be realized, emphasizing that it is no coincidence that this nation on the shores of the Caspian Sea was chosen to address global urbanization challenges.
