Minister of Culture Adil Karimli has held a public reception for citizens in the city of Lachin. The meeting, which took place at the administrative building of the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Lachin district, provided a platform for residents from both the Lachin and Kalbajar districts to present their appeals and proposals directly to the minister.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the Ministry of Culture reported that the discussions covered a range of issues, including labor evaluation, proposals regarding the cultural sector, employment opportunities, job transfers, and the improvement of material and technical resources.
Minister Karimli assured the residents that all raised issues would be promptly investigated and addressed in accordance with current legislation. During the reception, the minister issued specific instructions to responsible ministry officials to prioritize the concerns raised by families of martyrs and veterans of the Patriotic War.
Public receptions of this nature are a standard practice for government officials in Azerbaijan, aimed at fostering direct communication between the state and citizens. These meetings are particularly significant in the liberated territories, such as Lachin and Kalbajar, as the government accelerates the Great Return program, focusing on the restoration of cultural heritage, infrastructure development, and the reintegration of these regions into the national economy.
