Zelenski: Üçtərəfli danışıqlar martın əvvəlində keçiriləcək

Trilateral negotiations involving Russia, the United States, and Ukraine are scheduled to take place in early March, according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the Ukrainian leader shared these details regarding the upcoming diplomatic efforts to address the ongoing conflict.

"In our view, this will happen in early March," Zelenskyy stated, emphasizing the importance of the upcoming high-level dialogue. He further noted that preparatory discussions are already in motion, with a significant meeting scheduled for February 26 in Geneva between Rustem Umerov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, and Steven Witkoff, the Special Envoy of US President Donald Trump.

"The first issue in the discussion is Ukraine's recovery package. They will discuss the details. The second issue is the preparation of the trilateral meeting. Additionally, details of the exchange will be discussed with Umerov," the President added.

The involvement of the United States under the administration of US President Donald Trump signals a potential shift in the diplomatic landscape regarding the Eastern European conflict. These talks in Geneva and the subsequent trilateral meeting represent a critical phase in international efforts to establish a framework for recovery and stability in the region. The recovery package mentioned by Zelenskyy is expected to focus on infrastructure rehabilitation and economic support, which remain vital components of Ukraine's long-term resilience strategy.
