Zaxarova Epşteyn işi barədə: "Sənədlər redaktə olunub"

"The 'drama' surrounding the Epstein case is neither the first nor the last."

"Operative Information Center-OMM" reports that Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) spokesperson Maria Zakharova made these remarks during an interview with Sputnik Radio. She addressed the ongoing public interest and controversy regarding the release of legal documents tied to the late financier.

According to Zakharova, the situation involving the publication of case materials against Jeffrey Epstein, who was accused of sex trafficking of minors, represents a recurring pattern. She noted that the materials related to the Epstein case are being presented to the global audience in a "completely edited, framed, smeared, and redacted" form, suggesting that the full truth remains obscured from the public eye.

The Jeffrey Epstein case has remained a focal point of international media attention since his death in 2019 while awaiting trial in a New York federal prison. The unsealing of various court records has frequently led to widespread speculation regarding the involvement of high-profile political and social figures. Russian officials have often cited the handling of the case as a critique of the transparency and integrity of the Western judicial and information systems.
