The Military Prosecutor's Office and the National Defense University of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on mutual cooperation. According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the Military Prosecutor's Office emphasized the importance of raising the prestige of the legal profession and ensuring that military personnel are trained in accordance with human rights, democratic principles, and the ideology of "Azerbaijanism." The memorandum outlines joint initiatives, including the organization of conferences, seminars, and training sessions, as well as the preparation of scientific articles and legislative proposals to improve existing laws. Both entities will collaborate on analytical work, monitoring, and the study of local and international experiences to enhance the theoretical and professional knowledge of their staff.

This partnership reflects Azerbaijan's ongoing efforts to modernize its military education system and align it with international standards. The National Defense University, established to centralize and enhance military training, plays a pivotal role in preparing highly qualified officers for the Armed Forces.
