There are currently 37 Palestinian students pursuing their education in Azerbaijan.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, this information was highlighted during a meeting between President Ilham Aliyev and the Prime Minister of the State of Palestine, Mohammad Mustafa, held on July 16.
It was noted that among the total number of Palestinian students, 23 are studying in Azerbaijan under the "Heydar Aliyev International Education Grant" program.
Azerbaijan has increasingly positioned itself as an educational hub for international students, offering various scholarship programs to foster academic cooperation with partner nations. The "Heydar Aliyev International Education Grant," established to support students from member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the Non-Aligned Movement, plays a significant role in facilitating this exchange, strengthening diplomatic and cultural ties between Azerbaijan and the international community.
