Gömrük rüsumları ilə bağlı yeni qərar

The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan has amended the "Nomenclature of Goods for Foreign Economic Activity, Rates of Import Customs Duties, and Rates of Export Customs Duties," originally approved on November 17, 2017. According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed the new decree to regulate the country's import-export framework.

Under the new amendment, customs duties for several categories of goods, specifically motor gasoline, will now be determined individually. Official sources indicate that the primary objective of these adjustments is to optimize the domestic market and manage the flow of specific energy products into Azerbaijan. The decree is set to enter into force 30 days after its official publication.

This regulatory update reflects Azerbaijan's ongoing efforts to refine its fiscal policy and customs administration. By adjusting import tariffs, the government aims to balance domestic production needs with international trade commitments. The Cabinet of Ministers frequently reviews these rates to respond to global market fluctuations and to ensure the economic stability of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
