Trampdan Ukrayna ilə bağlı mühüm sülh mesajı

US President Donald Trump has announced that significant progress has been reached in negotiations regarding the resolution of the conflict in Ukraine.

Operative Information Center-OMM reports, citing RIA Novosti, that the American leader shared these updates during a recent administration meeting.

Speaking during the session, US President Donald Trump stated: We have made great progress on the Russia and Ukraine issue. The president further noted that he had personally appealed to Russian President Vladimir Putin with a request to cease military strikes, signaling an intensification of Washington's diplomatic efforts to mediate a ceasefire.

The statement follows remarks by Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov, who previously confirmed that a high-level meeting involving delegations from Russia, Ukraine, and the United States is scheduled to take place in Abu Dhabi on February 1. This upcoming trilateral summit is viewed by international observers as a critical step toward establishing a formal framework for peace negotiations.

Since assuming office in January 2025, US President Donald Trump has prioritized the mediation of the Eastern European conflict, emphasizing a policy of rapid de-escalation. The proposed talks in the United Arab Emirates represent the first major direct engagement between the warring parties under the auspices of the new US administration, aimed at addressing regional security concerns and territorial stability.
