The winners of the sixth "Yukselish" competition have been officially awarded.
The competition's working group informed the Operative Information Center-OMM that the ceremony was attended by Farah Aliyeva, Head of the Department for Humanitarian Policy, Diaspora, Multiculturalism, and Religious Affairs of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Chair of the "Yukselish" Organizing Committee; Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov; Minister of Culture Adil Karimli; Chairman of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture Anar Guliyev; Chair of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs Bahar Muradova; Chairperson of the Board of the State Examination Center Maleyka Abbaszadeh; Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports and Head of the "Yukselish" Working Group Farhad Hajiyev, as well as experts, winners, and media representatives.
Speakers at the event congratulated the winners and wished them success in their future endeavors. It was noted that the "Yukselish" competition has become a strategic platform in Azerbaijan, dedicated to promoting modern management culture, identifying high-potential leaders, and fostering a new generation of managers.
The event emphasized that the competition provides participants with a broad platform to gain practical experience, demonstrate their potential in real-world management scenarios, exchange expertise with professionals, and form new collaborative opportunities.
It was highlighted that the establishment of the competition is a manifestation of the special importance President Ilham Aliyev places on the development of human capital, the identification and support of promising managers, and the formation of the country's professional personnel reserve.
Under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, the cultivation of personnel possessing modern knowledge, innovative thinking, and high management skills has been identified as a key priority in the consistent state policy. The "Yukselish" competition serves as a vital component of this strategic approach, contributing to the formation of a new generation of managers capable of actively participating in the country's future development.
During the event, information was provided regarding the stages and results of the sixth "Yukselish" competition, and a video showcasing the competition process was screened.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, the winners of the sixth "Yukselish" competition were presented with diplomas, followed by a commemorative photo session.
It should be noted that the "Yukselish" competition was established by the decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated July 26, 2019. Winners of the competition receive mentorship support from executive leaders within a one-year individual development program and are awarded a cash prize of 20,000 manats for self-development purposes. The decree for holding the sixth edition of the competition was signed by the head of state on December 10, 2025.
