President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan, First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan, First Lady Ziroatxon Mirziyoyeva, and their family members visited the historic Ismail Samani Mausoleum in the city of Bukhara today.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the visit was officially reported by the Presidential Press Service.
The Ismail Samani Mausoleum, dating back to the 9th and 10th centuries, is one of the most significant architectural monuments in Central Asia. Located in Bukhara, a city renowned for its rich history and status as a UNESCO World Heritage site, the mausoleum is celebrated for its intricate brickwork and unique structural design, representing a masterpiece of Islamic architecture from the Samanid dynasty era.
