President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order on awarding state honors to a group of employees of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription (SHXCDX).
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the document aims to recognize the activities of military personnel and civilian employees who have distinguished themselves in the performance of their official duties.
According to the Order, the following individuals were awarded medals for the professional execution of their assigned tasks:
With the "For Fatherland" medal:
- Natig Sahib oglu Garayev – Major General;
- Elmaddin Gulu oglu Jafarov – Colonel;
- Islam Ramiz oglu Guliyev – Colonel.
With the "For Military Services" medal:
- Aziz Shahmurad oglu Hidayev – Colonel;
- Hikmat Zahid oglu Abbasov – Major;
- Samira Tashkilat gizi Aliyeva – Major.
With the "Taraggi" (Progress) medal:
- Parviz Hasan oglu Sadratdinov (civilian employee).
These awards represent state recognition for the labor of individuals who have contributed to strengthening the defense capabilities of Azerbaijan and maintaining a high level of mobilization readiness. The inclusion of both high-ranking officers and civilian employees in the list serves to stimulate comprehensive activity within the agency.
The State Service for Mobilization and Conscription of the Republic of Azerbaijan is a central executive body responsible for implementing state policy in the fields of mobilization preparation, conscription, and patriotic education of citizens. Since its establishment, the service has played a pivotal role in ensuring the manpower requirements of the Armed Forces, particularly during the restoration of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity in the Garabagh region.
