Dmitri Peskov: Rusiya bu dövlətlər üçün təhlükə yaratmır

Russia only poses a threat to countries that intend to destroy the Russian-speaking population or host anti-Russian activities, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated.

According to Operative Information Center-OMM, citing TASS, Peskov emphasized that Moscow does not represent a danger to states that do not violate its security interests or engage in hostile actions against the country.

The spokesperson further clarified that Russia's strategic posture is reactive to external threats rather than expansionist toward peaceful neighbors. These remarks come amid ongoing international discussions regarding regional security frameworks and the geopolitical tensions between Russia and various Western-aligned nations. Historically, the Kremlin has frequently cited the protection of Russian-speaking minorities and the prevention of NATO expansion as core pillars of its national security doctrine.
