The payment of pensions across the Republic of Azerbaijan will be fully completed ahead of schedule on March 11 in connection with the upcoming holidays.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the State Social Protection Fund has released an official statement regarding the expedited schedule.
According to the Fund, the disbursement on that date will also include pensions for individuals entitled to benefits under preferential terms. This measure is intended to ensure that citizens receive their social payments in a timely manner before the festive period begins.
The State Social Protection Fund of Azerbaijan regularly manages the distribution of social security benefits, including age-related, disability, and survivor pensions. Typically, pension payments in Azerbaijan are distributed according to a specific monthly schedule; however, the government frequently authorizes early disbursements ahead of major national holidays, such as Novruz, to support the social welfare of the population.
