Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has announced that the country's law enforcement agencies possess an extensive list of individuals, primarily political figures, who are acting in the interests of foreign states.

According to Report, citing Armenian media, the Prime Minister made these remarks during a press briefing. Pashinyan noted that while these individuals currently remain at liberty, it suggests they have not yet crossed the legal threshold into formal espionage, though they continue to operate within that logic. "There are people who are very close to this line, walking on its edge. When they cross the line, there will be a response. I have a list containing the names and contact details of these individuals. I am speaking, first and foremost, about political figures," Pashinyan emphasized.

This statement comes amid a period of heightened internal political tension in Armenia following the conclusion of the Second Garabagh War and the full restoration of Azerbaijan's sovereignty over its territories. The Armenian leadership has frequently alleged that certain domestic opposition groups and figures are influenced by external powers seeking to destabilize the internal situation. The warning reflects an ongoing effort by the current administration to tighten national security measures and monitor political activities perceived as detrimental to the state's interests during the regional normalization process.
