On August 24, the electronic document submission phase for the recruitment of deputy directors in state general education institutions will commence.
This information was provided to the Operative Information Center-OMM by the State Agency for Preschool and General Education.
It was noted that starting from 15:00 on August 24, electronic registration will open for vacancies in state general education institutions, specifically for positions such as deputy director for educational affairs and other deputy director profiles.
Candidates can complete their electronic registration via miq.edu.az/muavin until 15:00 on August 27.
The competition will consist of selection and interview stages. During the selection phase, the accuracy of the information and documents submitted by candidates will be verified before they are admitted to the interview stage. Candidates will be invited to the interview stage in accordance with established procedures.
During the interviews, candidates' leadership and strategic management, pedagogical and teaching, management and organizational, communication, problem-solving and decision-making, digital and technological, as well as social and emotional skills will be evaluated.
Employment relationships with candidates who successfully pass the competition will be formalized in accordance with the procedures established by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
This recruitment process is part of the broader educational reforms in Azerbaijan aimed at strengthening the management of general education institutions. By implementing a transparent, merit-based selection system for leadership roles, the Ministry of Science and Education seeks to enhance the quality of school administration and improve overall educational outcomes across the country.
