Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has stated that Iran will continue its struggle until US President Donald Trump admits the error of armed aggression against the Islamic Republic.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the minister made these remarks in a post on his social media account.
Araghchi wrote that the Iranian military will continue to stand its ground until the US President realizes that the "unlawful war" waged against both Americans and Iranians was a mistake that must never be repeated. The Foreign Minister further emphasized that victims of US attacks must receive appropriate compensation for the damages incurred.
The statement comes amid heightened geopolitical tensions in the Middle East, where relations between Washington and Tehran have faced significant challenges over regional influence and security policies. Since US President Donald Trump assumed office in January 2025, the diplomatic discourse has remained focused on the implementation of sanctions and military posturing. This latest rhetoric from Tehran underscores the ongoing friction regarding international law and the sovereignty of nations in the Persian Gulf region.
