United States and Israeli forces conducted joint strikes on the headquarters of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) in Tehran during the late night and early morning hours.

The Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the information was released by the Tasnim News Agency. According to preliminary reports, the strikes targeted the central infrastructure of the state-run media apparatus in the Iranian capital, leading to significant disruptions in broadcasting services.

The IRIB is the primary state media corporation in Iran, holding a monopoly on domestic radio and television services. Such an escalation comes amid heightened regional tensions involving the United States, Israel, and Iran. Under the leadership of US President Donald Trump, the United States has maintained a firm stance on regional security and the containment of Iranian influence, often coordinating closely with Israeli defense forces on strategic operations in the Middle East.
