Azerbaijan is increasingly emerging as a middle power, and it is possible to define the criteria that characterize the country as such, President Ilham Aliyev stated.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the head of state made these remarks during the opening of the IV Shusha Global Media Forum.
“In my opinion, using this terminology, it can be said that this is an acknowledgment of the country's potential and a definition of its ability to defend its national interests,” the President noted.
