The Minister of Internal Affairs, Colonel-General Vilayat Eyvazov, has conducted a routine recruitment review for young individuals aspiring to serve in the city and district police departments, as well as the Internal Troops of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
This information was provided to the Operative Information Center-OMM by the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).
During the review held in Baku, 167 candidates who had previously applied online and demonstrated the highest level of preparation were selected to proceed to the next stage of the recruitment process.
Addressing the candidates, Interior Minister Vilayat Eyvazov wished them success in their future service, provided specific instructions, and offered guidance to those who will eventually be accepted into the law enforcement ranks after successfully completing the remaining stages of the competitive selection process.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs regularly conducts such recruitment drives to ensure the professional development and rejuvenation of the police force. These competitive selection processes are designed to maintain high standards of public order and security across Azerbaijan, ensuring that new recruits meet the necessary physical, educational, and ethical criteria required for service in the country's law enforcement agencies.
