To ensure the safe movement of express routes M1, M2, and M3 and to reduce bus congestion at the 28 May Transport Exchange Center, the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency (AYNA) has relocated intermediate bus stops for routes 2, 10, 20, and 88A.

The adjustments are as follows:
Route 2:
- Towards "Darnagul" metro station: Pushkin Street, in front of Mugan Park;
- Towards Baku International Bus Terminal Complex: Pushkin Street, in front of Samad Vurgun Park.
Route 10:
- Towards Baku White City: Pushkin Street, in front of Mugan Park.
Route 20:
- Towards Garachukhur settlement: Pushkin Street, in front of Mugan Park.
Route 88A:
- Towards Baku White City: Pushkin Street, in front of Mugan Park;
- Towards "Azadlig prospekti" metro station: Pushkin Street, in front of Samad Vurgun Park.
The 28 May Transport Exchange Center serves as a critical hub in the capital, connecting various parts of Baku. AYNA frequently implements such optimizations to manage passenger flow and reduce traffic density in high-traffic urban areas, aligning with broader efforts to modernize public transportation infrastructure in Azerbaijan.
