Azerishig OJSC has announced that planned maintenance work will be carried out today in the capital, Baku, and several other regions of Azerbaijan to improve the quality of electricity supply and meet increasing energy demands.
This information was provided to the Operative Information Center-OMM by Azerishig OJSC.
According to the statement, power supply restrictions will be implemented in the following areas:
- Baku (Yasamal District): Due to maintenance at a transformer station, electricity will be limited from 10:00 to 13:00 on Abbas Mirza Sharifzadeh, Ahmad Jamil, Mirali Seyidov, and Nazim Hikmat streets, as well as parts of Huseyn Javid Avenue.
- Absheron District: Power supply will be temporarily suspended from 10:00 to 14:00 in parts of Khirdalan city, specifically on Mahammad Amin Rasulzadeh, Nizami Ganjavi, and Razgrad streets, due to line maintenance.
- Agdash District: Maintenance on the 10 kV "Dahna" overhead line will cause a planned outage from 11:00 to 12:30. This will affect the villages of Ashagi Aghjayazi, Dahna, Yukhari Aghjayazi, the Turyanchay settlement, and the Yeni Mashad street and 47th block areas of the city.
- Yevlakh District: Power supply will be interrupted in the Aran settlement and Salahli village from 09:00 to 13:00. Additionally, from 10:00 to 14:00, outages will affect parts of the Ashagi Salamabad, Baydili, Ajami, Gulovsha, Yenija, and Yukhari Salamabad villages due to repairs on 6 and 10 kV power lines.
Azerishig OJSC stated that once the maintenance work is completed, subscribers in these areas will be provided with more reliable and higher-quality electricity service. The company regularly conducts such infrastructure upgrades to ensure the stability of the national power grid.
