According to the instructions issued by the State Agency for Preschool and General Education, the traditional "Last Bell" ceremony will be held in all public general education institutions across Azerbaijan on June 13.

As reported by the Operative Information Center-OMM, the State Agency for Preschool and General Education (MÜTDA) has disseminated the official guidelines regarding the event. Schools have received specific instructions, and relevant discussions have been conducted with students, teachers, and parents to ensure compliance.

"According to the guidelines, the event must be organized in the schoolyard. In institutions lacking outdoor space, the ceremony should be held in the gymnasium or assembly hall. The 'Last Bell' event must commence at 8:00, 9:00, or 10:00 AM and conclude within a maximum of two hours," the statement noted.

Students are required to wear school uniforms, and the appearance of graduates must adhere to the educational institution's disciplinary standards and remain professional.

The agency emphasized that the playing of inappropriate music is strictly prohibited. The event program must be prepared in accordance with national and moral values, consisting of both official and artistic segments. The ceremony must open with the National Anthem, followed by a minute of silence to honor the memory of martyrs. Furthermore, no special preparations should be made for visiting officials or representatives; tables should only contain drinking water, and the presentation of gifts or bouquets to these individuals is prohibited. The artistic portion of the event must be organized solely using the school's internal resources.

The "Last Bell" ceremony is a significant tradition in the Azerbaijani education system, marking the end of the academic year and celebrating the graduation of high school students. These regulations aim to maintain a formal, disciplined, and culturally appropriate atmosphere for students, educators, and families during this milestone event.
