Continuing its roster preparations for the upcoming season, Araz-Nakhchivan has officially signed a new contract with midfielder Mustafa Ahmadzada.
According to information provided to the Operative Information Center-OMM by the club, the 23-year-old midfielder will continue to wear the "red-and-white" jersey for the next two years.
Ahmadzada, who is a member of the Azerbaijan national team, has been a key figure for the Nakhchivan representative since joining the club in 2023. His retention is part of a broader strategy by the club to maintain squad stability and build upon recent performances in the Azerbaijan Premier League.
It should be noted that Araz-Nakhchivan has been highly active in the transfer market, having previously secured contract renewals with several key players, including Tarlan Ahmadli, Omar Buludov, Slavik Alkhasov, Ibrahim Piriyev, Ulvi Isgandarov, Rashad Hasanov, Alberto Garcia Fernandez, Alejandro Herrera, Rovlan Muradov, Issuf Paro, and Luka Dumancic.
