The Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the National Hydrometeorological Service has released detailed temperature projections for the region's popular swimming destinations.
Sea water temperatures are forecasted to reach 24-25°C at northern beaches, including Sumgait, Novkhani, Pirshagi, Nardaran, Bilgah, and Zagulba. Meanwhile, southern beaches such as Turkan, Hovsan, Sahil, and Shikh are expected to see slightly warmer waters, ranging between 25-26°C.
The Absheron Peninsula, which encompasses the capital city of Baku, is a primary recreational hub for residents and tourists during the summer season.
