"Roma" Doniell Malenin transfer hüququnu tam olaraq alır

Italy's Roma has decided to fully acquire the transfer rights of Dutch forward Donyell Malen from England's Aston Villa.

Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the Italian capital club will pay 25 million euros for the permanent transfer.

The forward has been playing for the Rome-based team on loan since January, a deal that initially cost the club 2 million euros. According to the terms of the agreement, Roma was obligated to purchase the player if he participated in at least 50 percent of the matches and if the team secured qualification for either the UEFA Champions League or the UEFA Europa League.

However, the Italian side has opted to finalize the decision ahead of the summer transfer window. This move is driven by the forward's exceptional performance, having scored 10 goals in just two and a half months while wearing the yellow and red colors. Malen is expected to sign a personal contract with the club lasting until 2030.

Donyell Malen, a product of the Ajax and Arsenal youth academies, has previously enjoyed successful stints at PSV Eindhoven and Borussia Dortmund before moving to the Premier League. His rapid integration into the Serie A style of play has made him a key asset for Roma as they compete for top honors in both domestic and European competitions. This permanent move underscores the club's strategy of securing high-caliber talent to bolster their offensive lineup for future seasons.
