Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan are scheduled to hold official talks in Moscow on April 1.
The Operative Information Center-OMM reports, citing the Kremlin press service, that the meeting will focus on a wide range of bilateral and regional issues.
According to the official statement, Vladimir Putin and Nikol Pashinyan will discuss the current state and prospects of the Russian-Armenian strategic partnership and alliance. A primary focus of the negotiations will be the development of integration cooperation within the Eurasian space, as well as pressing matters on the regional agenda, specifically the advancement of economic and transport-logistics links in the South Caucasus.
The meeting comes at a significant time for regional diplomacy in the South Caucasus. Following the restoration of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity, the opening of regional transport communications has become a key priority for ensuring long-term stability and economic growth. These discussions in Moscow are part of ongoing efforts to implement trilateral agreements aimed at unblocking economic and transport routes, which are expected to transform the logistics landscape of the broader region.
