The salary expenditures for Azerbaijan Premier League clubs in 2024 have been officially disclosed. According to a report from the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA), Neftchi emerged as the highest-spending club regarding player wages during the past year.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the official figures were detailed in the latest financial transparency report released by AFFA. The Baku-based club Neftchi allocated a total of 18,287,111 manats for player salaries. Meanwhile, Garabagh, the reigning league champions, spent 13,878,800 manats on player wages in 2024.
