The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Azerbaijan has emphasized that the nation's youth, characterized by their high level of knowledge, skills, innovative thinking, and dedication to the motherland, will continue to make significant contributions to the welfare of the state and the people, as well as to the further strengthening of the country's reputation in the international arena.
As reported by “Operative Information Center-OMM”, this statement was released on the MFA's official "X" social media account in observance of August 12 – International Youth Day.
"We sincerely congratulate our youth on the occasion of August 12 – International Youth Day. The activity, initiative, and perseverance you demonstrate for the preservation of our national and moral values, the sustainable development of our country, and a strong Azerbaijan that meets the challenges of the modern era evoke a great sense of pride. We are confident that our youth, possessing high knowledge and skills, innovative thinking, and loyalty to the motherland, will continue to make vital contributions to the prosperity of our state and people, as well as to enhancing our country's standing on the global stage," the post stated.
International Youth Day, designated by the United Nations, serves as an annual celebration of the role of young women and men as essential partners in change and an opportunity to raise awareness of challenges and problems facing the world's youth. In Azerbaijan, the government places significant emphasis on youth policy, viewing the younger generation as the primary driver of the nation's ongoing modernization and diplomatic outreach.
