Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze has announced plans to intensify bilateral relations between Tbilisi and Washington by the end of May. Speaking to journalists, the Prime Minister emphasized that a significant deepening of communication is expected across several key areas.

Operative Information Center-OMM, citing Georgian media, reports that the Prime Minister anticipates concrete results in the coming weeks. "By the end of May, you will see specific results in certain directions. Communication will be established. I cannot disclose details about exactly what will happen and how, but you will see that communication between Georgia and the United States will deepen by the end of May," Kobakhidze stated.

The strategic partnership between Georgia and the United States has historically served as a cornerstone for regional security and economic cooperation in the South Caucasus. This move to revitalize diplomatic ties follows a period of intensive political dialogue regarding Georgia's integration into Western institutions. The anticipated deepening of relations is seen as a critical step in maintaining regional balance and advancing mutual interests in the Black Sea region, while ensuring the continuity of strategic dialogue between the two nations.
