Kazem Gharibabadi, Iran's chief negotiator on nuclear issues and Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs, made a significant statement on Wednesday regarding ongoing diplomatic efforts.

According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, Gharibabadi announced during meetings in Doha that both sides have taken concrete steps toward reaching a final agreement.

The report indicates that specialized working groups have been established to ensure the implementation of preliminary understandings and to continue negotiations on the specific details of a final accord. Gharibabadi emphasized that this measure is expected to accelerate the negotiation process and facilitate the more effective fulfillment of mutual obligations by the involved parties.

It was noted that the meetings held in Doha are aimed at strengthening Iran's position in international nuclear negotiations and maintaining active diplomatic channels through Qatar's mediation efforts.

According to the information provided, the primary tasks of the newly formed working groups include:

  • Developing implementation mechanisms for the agreements reached
  • Coordinating the legal and technical details of the final agreement
  • Identifying steps to increase mutual trust between the parties

Qatar has historically played a pivotal role as a mediator in regional and international conflicts, often facilitating dialogue between Iran and Western powers. These diplomatic efforts are part of a broader, long-standing attempt to revive or stabilize the nuclear framework, which remains a critical issue in Middle Eastern geopolitical stability.
