The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan has amended the "List of unified indices established for state bodies, legal entities owned by the state or with a controlling stake held by the state, public legal entities created on behalf of the state, and commissions," originally dated September 15, 2022.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a new order to formalize these changes.
The primary update to the regulatory document involves the inclusion of the Office of the Presidential Plenipotentiary Representative in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic into the official list of state entities. This adjustment ensures that the administrative and document management processes for the representative office are standardized in line with other state institutions across Azerbaijan.
The Cabinet of Ministers, led by Prime Minister Ali Asadov, is the executive body responsible for implementing state policy and ensuring the efficient operation of government agencies. Such amendments are part of ongoing efforts to streamline bureaucratic procedures and enhance the transparency and organizational efficiency of state governance throughout the country.
