The death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 71,662 since the escalation of the conflict in October 2023, as military operations continue despite the ceasefire regime. According to the latest official data released by the Ministry of Health in Gaza, the number of injured individuals has reached 171,428 over the same period.

Operative Information Center-OMM reports that in the last 24 hours alone, the bodies of two deceased individuals were brought to regional hospitals, while nine others sustained various degrees of injuries. Since the ceasefire officially took effect on October 10, 2025, Israeli military actions have resulted in 488 fatalities and 1,350 injuries. The report further emphasizes that thousands of victims remain trapped under the rubble, with rescue teams unable to reach them due to the ongoing volatility in the region.

The humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip remains critical as international observers monitor the sustainability of the current ceasefire. Amid the rising tensions, Iran has issued a statement declaring its full readiness for a potential wider conflict. The ongoing crisis, which began in late 2023, has led to significant regional instability, prompting repeated calls from the international community for a permanent resolution and the unhindered delivery of humanitarian aid to the affected population.
