A fire broke out at a commercial facility located in the Narimanov district of Baku. According to information provided to the Operative Information Center-OMM by the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the incident occurred at a building situated on Ahmad Rajabli Street.

Upon receiving the alert, units from the State Fire Protection Service and the Special Risky Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were immediately dispatched to the scene. Preliminary assessments revealed that the fire started in the attic (mansard) of a four-story building specializing in the sale of heating systems, covering a total area of 560 square meters. Despite windy weather conditions increasing the risk of the fire spreading, rapid intervention by emergency teams prevented further escalation.

As a result of the agile and urgent response by firefighters, the blaze was extinguished in a short period, preventing the flames from spreading to lower floors or adjacent buildings. The fire damaged approximately 80 square meters of the attic's combustible structures and plumbing supplies stored on shelves. The main part of the facility and nearby structures were protected from the fire. No injuries were reported during the incident.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan continues to emphasize the importance of fire safety protocols in commercial and high-rise buildings to prevent such occurrences. The Narimanov district, where the incident took place, is one of Baku's primary business and residential hubs, housing numerous commercial enterprises and infrastructure projects essential to the capital's economy.
