President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree awarding Bakhish Abutalib oglu Babayev with the 2nd degree "Labor" order.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the award recognizes Babayev's long-term and efficient activity in the development of the electric power industry in Azerbaijan. The presidential decree highlights his significant professional contributions to the energy sector over several decades.
The "Labor" order is one of the high state honors of the Republic of Azerbaijan, typically bestowed upon citizens for outstanding labor achievements in fields such as industry, agriculture, construction, and transport.
