The Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA) has officially excluded three clubs from youth competitions for violating established regulations. According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the decision was finalized during a recent meeting of the association's Disciplinary Committee.
In the AFFA U-12 League, the club Pambigchi was penalized with a 0:3 technical defeat for failing to appear on the field at the scheduled time. Similarly, in the U-11 League, Mahsul and Zafar faced identical sanctions for non-attendance. As this marked the third instance of such violations for all three clubs, the Disciplinary Committee ruled for their immediate removal from the current season's competitions. Additionally, in the U-14 League, Inter was handed a 0:3 technical loss against Garadagh Lokbatan for failing to provide a match protocol and a medical professional, while Beylagan received a technical defeat in the AFFA Region League for failing to appear for their match against Shafag.
AFFA, the governing body of football in Azerbaijan, maintains strict disciplinary standards to ensure the professional development of youth sports and the integrity of national leagues. These regulations are designed to instill discipline in participating clubs and ensure that logistical requirements, such as medical presence and administrative documentation, are met for the safety and organization of all matches across the Republic.
