US military bases located in Jordan and Bahrain have been targeted by Iranian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), according to reports. The Operative Information Center-OMM, citing IRIB, reports that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) issued a statement confirming the attacks.

"The drone strikes targeted fuel depots, warehouses, and large equipment hangars at the Sheikh Isa Air Base in Bahrain, as well as personnel quarters," the IRGC stated. The organization further confirmed that the US military's Al-Azraq base in Jordan was also subjected to a UAV attack.

According to the IRGC, the strikes hit the airfield, aircraft maintenance hangars, and personnel housing at the Al-Azraq facility. The statement warned that any actions directed against Iran's legitimate interests would result in other countries in the region losing their security and economic advantages.

These developments occur against a backdrop of heightened instability in the Middle East. Tensions have escalated following recent reports of US airstrikes targeting areas near the Iranian city of Ahvaz, which reportedly resulted in four fatalities and five injuries among local residents. The situation remains fluid as regional actors assess the impact of these reciprocal military actions.
