Azerbaijan's People's Poet Sabir Rustamkhanli has been awarded the "Sharaf" (Honor) Order following a decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the prestigious state award was conferred upon Sabir Khudu oglu Rustamkhanli for his outstanding services to the development of Azerbaijani literature.
