Peskov Ukrayna ilə bağlı yeni danışıqların tarixini və yerini açıqladı

Negotiations regarding the settlement of the situation in Ukraine are scheduled to take place next week in Geneva, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov announced.

Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the Kremlin official provided details regarding the upcoming diplomatic engagement during a press briefing. "The next round of negotiations on the Ukrainian settlement will be held on February 17-18 in Geneva in a trilateral Russia-US-Ukraine format," Peskov stated.

According to the spokesperson, the Russian delegation for this round will be headed by Vladimir Medinsky. This upcoming meeting follows a previous round of trilateral discussions that took place on February 4 and 5 in Abu Dhabi. The involvement of US President Donald Trump's administration in these high-level diplomatic efforts remains a focal point for international observers seeking a resolution to the ongoing conflict.

Geneva has historically served as a neutral ground for major international diplomatic summits and peace negotiations. As a global hub for diplomacy and the headquarters for numerous international organizations, the city provides a structured environment for complex multilateral dialogues. These talks are part of a broader international effort to establish a sustainable framework for peace and stability in the region.
