President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on awarding individual scholarships of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan to a group of cultural figures for their significant contributions to the development of national culture.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the decree identifies several prominent individuals recognized for their long-standing service in the arts. The recipients of the individual scholarships include Adil Abbasov, Sanubar Baghirova, Svetlana Hakimova, Rovshan Huseynov, Jahangir Mehdiyev, Ramiz Malik-Aslanov, Alim Mammadov, Rimma Mammadova, Mustafa Mustafayev, Hijran Nasirova, and Adila Rahimova. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been tasked with resolving all administrative and financial matters arising from this order.
