Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, Hikmat Hajiyev, has highlighted the presentation of Azerbaijan's culinary heritage during his visit to the Gabala region.
According to the "Operative Information Center-OMM", the official shared his observations on his official "X" social media account.
"Gabala presents the true taste of Azerbaijan's rich culinary heritage. Here, traditions preserved for centuries, unique flavors, and famous hospitality come together," the post stated.
Gabala, located in the northern part of Azerbaijan, is widely recognized as one of the country's premier tourism hubs. Known for its historical significance as the ancient capital of Caucasian Albania, the region has increasingly become a focal point for international gastronomic tourism, showcasing the diverse and ancient culinary traditions that define Azerbaijani culture.
