The Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan and Real TV are launching a joint television project aimed at preserving the purity of the Azerbaijani language.
According to information provided by the ministry to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the new program, titled "Redaktor" (Editor), is designed to protect the standards of the modern Azerbaijani literary language and increase public awareness regarding linguistic accuracy.
The project will focus on providing detailed information on the orthography and orthoepy of the Azerbaijani language based on specific practical examples. Furthermore, the program will address common linguistic errors, correcting words and phrases that are frequently misused in daily communication and media.
The protection of the state language remains a priority in Azerbaijan's cultural policy. This initiative follows the state's long-term strategy to ensure the correct usage of the Azerbaijani language in the digital age and broadcast media, aligning with national efforts to uphold linguistic heritage and academic standards across all public platforms.
